EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. The current User Agreement is legally binding
between the owner of copyright property of the program
Storecalc (hereinafter Rightholder) and you.

2. By pressing Agree, you confirm that you inspected
the current Agreement and agree with all it's conditions
In a case you are not agree with any provisions of this
agreement, do not click the Agree button and
do not start using the software.

3. This agreement holder grants you an unexceptional
and non-transferable right to use Storecalc software
according to the following provisions.

4.The software version Storecalc with evaluation license
may be distributed freely in unaltered form only.
No person or organization has the right to charge payment
for Storecalc software and it's dissemination without
a written consent of the Rightholder.

5.Users with a trial license are provided with an
unexceptional right to use Storecalc software for any
legal purposes during one month since the installation day.

6.Users with a registered license are provided with an
unexceptional right to use Storecalc software for any
legal purposes for an unlimited amount of time on one
computer unit.

7.THE PROGRAM IS DISTRIBUTED ON "AS IS" PRINCIPLE.
NO WARRANTIES ARE INCLUDED AND PROVIDED
YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISKIT
RIGHTHOLDER DOES NOT ACCOUNT ANY RESPONSIBILITY
IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY DAMAGE OF ANY TYPE
INCLUDING BUT NOT ONLY THE FOLLOWING:
LOSING PROFIT OR DISTORTING OF ANY INFORMATION,
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CONNECTED WITH USING
OR INCORRECT USING OF THE PROGRAM.

8.You are not provided to undertake any actions aimed at
concealment or changing program copyright, including
modification of executing files or any other data containing
mentioning the copyright for the program.

9.Violation of any of the points of the current License
Agreement automatically lead to determination
of the agreement and may entail the consequences
of legal kind.
